  6. So today was my graduation ceremony

    but I was at work. My French professor e-mailed me a few weeks ago, asking if I would go. “I never go to these things but if you go I will go to see you graduate”. You have no idea how much that warms my heart. But I chose a fat paycheck over closure of the past four years of my life. s i g h. Money isn’t everything, friends. At least, it shouldn’t be.
